Sudoku - algorithmization of solution

In this paper, we present an overview of techniques that can be used by people to solve a Sudoku Puzzle. The individual algorithms were theoretically described using real tasks and were implemented on this basis to appropriate graphical user interface in Matlab with the possibility of webcam task loading.
Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.
Concept of AC as an Effective Recruitment Tool in the Financial Institution

The goal of this study is to propose a concept of Assessment Centre as an effective recruitment tool for a personal banker in the financial institution. The theoretical part describes general process of a recruitment and a Assessment Centre method. The effectivity of this method is compared with other recruitment methods. It also depicts the objectives of the method and mentions utilized methods. Attention is paid to particular AC stages, from finding out demands and requirements of the Assessment Centre up to evaluation of the data, which had been obtained during AC. The aim of the practical part is to bring a concept of AC for a recruitment of a personal banker in particular financial institution and to assess whether the AC method is suitable for recruitment in that case, together with economic evaluation in comparison with classic recruitment method.
Direct Presidential Election in the Czech Republic in 2013 and 2018

The aim of the thesis is to present the first two direct presidential elections in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the position of presidents in particular political systems. It is followed by introducing the way of the presidential elections in the Czech Republic between 1993-2008 and a brief description of the elections in that period. The third part focuses on introducing the direct election itself and its legislative specification. I have described some disputes and situations which preceded introducing the new presidential election. Two main parts of the thesis present the candidates, pre-election debates, campaigns, pre-election surveys and the results of the presidential elections in 2013 and 2018. Further, I have evaluated the impacts of the direct presidential elections. The last part pays particular attention to prospects for the 2023 elections.
Homelesses with regress to the social services

This thesis concerns repeated returns of homeless people to social services. The theoretical part focuses on the description and the problem areas of homeless people, cultural-historical development of homelessness in Czech lands - defines the term of social services and discusses the model of work with the target group in Poland. At the end of the theoretical part a Center for homeless people the Bohuslav Bures social services center (BBSSC) Salvation Army is presented, in this way methods of work with the target group are demonstrated, the way of keeping documentation is described and the analysis of the shelter home relevant to the theme of the work are publicized. The research carried out in the practical part looks for factors which have caused the return of the former users of social services. For the purposes of the work the phenomenon of returning is studied in persons, who in the period of 2007 - April 2012 used a shelter home in BBSSC in Salvation Army, left for commercial housing and after their departure they come back to BBSSC within one year as candidates for a social service. All policies, initiatives and ideas of accession countries are directed towards the European Union. With the safe development and enlargement, European Union is the world's center of peace and stability. For Montenegro, as a small open economy in the Western Balkans, which tends to become part of a unique political, economic and cultural market, entrance into the EU is a strategic goal from independence gained in 2006. Within the framework of the process of European integration, Montenegro unifies all resources that are still significantly underdeveloped thus creating better options for their absorption and further development. In accordance with the previous, the key issues that are analyzed in this paper are the following: In what way and at what "speed" is Montenegro working on the process of EU integration? With what kind of problems and challenges Montenegro is facing? What methods in the context of European integration Montenegro is using? Friends and Neighbours Effect on Voting in the Královéhoradecký Region

David Frič FRIENDS AND NEIGHBOURS EFFECT ON VOTING IN THE KRÁLOVÉHRADECKÝ REGION Abstract This work deals with one of spatially contextual impacts on electoral behavior, namely the so- called friends and neighbours effect. It consists of influencing a voter's favor by the residence of a candidate around which the candidate usually gains more votes than an average for the whole constituency or more votes than would be expected by other criteria. The work verifies attendance and strength of this effect on the example of three kinds of elections in Královéhradecký Region. It analyzes friends and neighbours effect on voting in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies, the Regional Council and the Senate. The results of potency of the effect are examined separately in each of these elections and then compares results of the analyzes of these elections to each other, thereby provides a unique comparative perspective of this phenomenon in the Czech electoral systems. The significance of the friends and neighbours effect is also compared among selected political actors.
